Vellukka markering av Nasjonal turistveg Ryfylke
Måndag 20. juni 2011 var det stor markering av Nasjonal turistveg Ryfylke i alle berørte kommunar (Sauda, Suldal, Hjelmeland, Strand, Forsand og Odda (Røldal): ein skikkeleg "Kringlefest" med sykkelløp og underhaldning gjennom Ryfylke.

Nasjonal turistveg Ryfylke gjennom Ryfylke på Rv13 og Fv520 opnar i 2011 som Norges lengste turistveg, 183 km, og som ein av 18 Nasjonale turistvegar i Norge. Nasjonal turistveg Ryfylke går frå Oanes ved Lysefjorden til Hårå i Røldal. Les artikkel om Nasjonal turistveg Ryfylke.
