Jørpeland is situated by the fjord, about 10 km from Tau in Ryfylke. This small Ryfylke town has a selection of shops that offer a wide range of products, ranging from food to toys, sports equipment and furniture. Several galleries exhibit local artists and locally produced handicrafts.
