For details, see under Arrangementen.
Goal and theme of the trip can be tailored to your wishes and ambitions.
Being a farmer and mountain person, I have experience in hunting, fishing, climbing, outdoor life and sheep keeping. Throughout the years, I have been a mountain guide for the DNT Norwegian Trekking Association on their summer and winter tours. I studied theology in Norway, Germany and Tanzania and worked as a pastor for 15 år, a.o. in the midwest of the United States. I have met many smart and interesting people - especially on mountain walks!
How about joining me herding the sheep into the mountains in early summer? Or come back in the fall and stroll the highlands searching for lost sheep that didn't yet make it back home? I have two guesthouses that are rented out in combination with walks and activities organised by me. The guesthouse in Gjessfjell is part of my farms courtyard. Here guests are invited to join in the farm work during their stay. The other guesthouse in Laugaland (20min drive from Gjessfjell) is nicely situated for walks in the forest or onto the mountains and invites for peace of mind and afterthought. A summer evening canoeing to our small cabin on the shores of the Undestølvatnet lake is an great example of the beautiful experiences awaiting you here.
