BICYCLE HIRE
Sauda Ferie & Fritid has ten brand-new bicycles available that can be rented at the Tourist Information! These bicycles are equipped with tires suitable for both asphalt and gravel, and shock absorption can be switched off.

GOLF
Sauda Golf Club’s facility at Grønsdal was completed in the spring of 2008. This is a 9-hole golf course situated in beautiful surroundings just outside Sauda town centre.

Rødstjørna (public beach)
An easily accessible part of Saudasjøen. Public beach, toilet facilities. On sunny days, the water here quickly reaches a comfortable temperature.
Nesøyra (public beach)
Here you can swim, fish and picnic.
Storemyr (public beach)
This beautiful and invigorating mountain lake lies in Åbødalen, an idyllic valley just north of Sauda. There’s a nice sandy beach, picnic tables and benches, wardrobes, toilets, and plenty of parking.
Sandy beach at Sauda Camping
One of the few seaside beaches in Sauda municipality. Also smooth rock slopes. Great for children. Often nice and warm for swimming late in the summer. Playground and kiosk nearby.
FITNESS CENTRE
Frisk & Rask Treningssenter is a fitness centre with 27 spinning cycles, excellent equipment for strength training, a good selection of benches, adjustable weights and other fitness equipment. Experienced instructors are ready to assist you according to your wishes and needs. Instruction is offered in step, Corebar, Zumba and strength training.
CINEMA
Sauda’s cinema was once considered the finest movie theatre in the country, and drew considerable attention also due to its novel architecture. Since then it has been modernised further, but with care to preserve its unique character. The movie theatre has 3D equipment and seats 200 people. Films are offered every Friday and Sunday, as well as selected Wednesdays.
